Welcome to Mansion 7

We went to Mansion 7 yesterday because we want to feature it in our publication in time for Halloween. Mansion 7 is a newly-opened boutique mall that resembles a horror movie studio rather than your typical bright and airy shopping mall. This one-of-a-kind scary lifestyle complex in Bangkok was designed to attract those who are searching for something unique and unconventional yet very trendy. Although it comprises of shops like a regular shopping center, Mansion 7 enthralls visitors to the mall with retail, food and drink outlets showcasing unique designs and concepts. There are shops selling clothes, sexy lingerie, magic equipments, and a nail salon among others. Some of the shops are even owned by popular Thai celebrities.

Aside from attracting shoppers, Mansion 7 is fast becoming a beer hotspot where the Beer Mansion offers a large selection of lagers including Hoegaarden, Blanche de Bruxelles, Waterloo, Beer Lao, and Tsingtao. Don’t forget to check out the cocktail bar, whiskey bar, wine bar, and the Nonde-Nonde with its imported sake. Unique food choices include dishes such as black kanom jeen, Devil Mousse, or the blood-group customized som tum.

Mansion 7 is also popular for its “Dark Mansion”, a spooky haunted house that can surely raise goosebumps on the faint-hearted. The brave visitors are guaranteed to enjoy a 15-minuted walk around the eerie property. The entrance fee costs THB180. We didn’t go inside so I can’t tell what can be seen inside.

Don’t forget to check out Mansion 7 especially on Halloween, I’m sure there will be creepy activities and surprises that await us next month.

Cheers!
